Puppy Training
Our classes are well structured to show you how to train your puppy using Kinesthetic techniques (creation of motivated learning in your dog through productive play). It covers classical and operant conditioning, the use of verbal markers for communication and shaping behaviour. Exercises covered include:
- Retrieve & Play
- Sit and Down
- Leave Command
- Recall from Distractions
- Walking on a loose lead
- Confident being examined
- Social skills around other people & dogs
Our classes use kind effective methods that are both fun and highly motivational. We teach you how dogs learn so you can achieve greater control. If you want a confident, socialable, well mannered companion then our classes are definitely for you.
To prevent the development of unwanted behaviours, puppies should begin training as soon as possible. Puppies can join after their first innoculation and up to six months of age. Please note that fees are cash only, not generally refundable or transferable to another course.

Companion Obedience
This is a mixed ability class in which puppies progress to and adults enjoy perfecting the skills learnt. When your dog reaches maintenance level you will be rewarded with the perfect companion dog!
The companion dog modules are:

- Joined-up Obedience
- Building Focus & Stamina
- Recall to Present
- Retrieve to Handler
- Off-Lead Walking
- Fun with Trick Training
